Refund policy
We do not accept returns unless we made an error.
Since we are a small business, we use a made to order business model. This means your item is not created until you order it. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns except in cases where you received the wrong item, or your item is defective or damaged. In such a case, you have 30 days to notify us. Please send us a photo clearly showing the issue. We also need your order number, name, and email address. If we receive this information from you within the 30 day limit, we will arrange a replacement.
